CED WAREHOUSE BUILDING

​TradeStar Construction® was hired to repaint and replace signage at the CED Warehouse Building Project in Nampa. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Demolition, Hydro-Pressure Washing, Surface Chalk Removal, Metal Preparation and Painting, Signage, Traffic Control, and Project Safety.

​NAMPA WAREHOUSE BUILDING

TradeStar Painting and Construction® was hired to renovate defective Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS)  on a two-story building at the Nampa Warehouse Building Project in Nampa. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Scaffolding, Demolition, Hydro-Pressure Blasting and Cleaning, EIFS Installation and Repairs, Weatherproofing, Painting, Traffic Control, and Project Safety.

​FRANKLIN BUSINESS PARK

TradeStar Painting and Construction® was hired to demolish an existing mailbox kiosk structure to create a new parking space at the Franklin Business Park in Boise. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Concrete Demolition and Core Cutting, Excavation, Asphalt, Paint Striping, Traffic Control, and Project Safety.

COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDING

TradeStar Painting and Construction® was hired to renovate a commercial office building with pre-existing defective CMU and vertical concrete walls  at the Commercial Office Building Project in Caldwell. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Demolition, Hydro-Pressure Blasting and Cleaning, CMU and Concrete Vertical Wall Reconstruction and Repairs, Weatherproofing, Painting, Traffic Control, and Project Safety.

​INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE BUILDING

TradeStar Painting and Construction® was hired to renovate defective Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS)  on a two-story building at the  Industrial Warehouse Building Project in Boise. SHELBORNE SOUTH AND BRODY SQUARE

TradeStar Painting and Construction® was hired to build U.S. Postal Service approved community mail kiosk structures at the Shelburne South and Brody Square Subdivisions in Meridian. These projects included the following construction specialty trades: Excavation, Grading, Concrete, Framing Construction, Stucco, Painting, Masonry, and Project Safety.

​FRANKLIN BUSINESS PARK

TradeStar Painting and Construction® was hired to build new commercial steel trash enclosures at the Franklin Business Park in Boise. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Demolition, Concrete, Welding, Steel Framing and Construction, Steel Corrugated Siding, Painting, Traffic Control, and Project Safety.
